Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging (tags intact, original wrapping).

  • To start a return, please contact us at our support email (or contact form) with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable — unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective item, wrong item sent).

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct one at no extra cost.

  • For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned / refunded:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags/packaging.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping — unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. HomeJoys is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. How to Return

  1. Contact us via email or contact form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to us (we will provide return address).

  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we will send notification of refund or exchange.
